Our Instructors

  • Christina Sicoli

Christina is an accomplished actress, writer, visual artist, and Certified Mat Pilates teacher passionate about self-expression, play, and a mind-body connection. She offers a full-body practice that combines pilates and traditional strength movements. With her vast background in movement, she offers a unique flow that nurtures your mind, enhances your stability and hones your creative expression. The sequences mobilize, lengthen, strengthen, and add some spice, all fuelled by music. And if you’re ready to release and live freely in your body, Why not have a 3-5 minute dance party? Improvisation is one of her special skills. Each class will leave you feeling grounded and empowered on and off the mat.
